EC25 will be held from 7:00 pm, Thursday April 17 2025 to 2:00pm, Monday 21 April 2025, at Wedderburn Christian Campsite, 208 Minerva Rd, Wedderburn NSW 2560, God Willing.

Attendees

We’re excited to welcome up to 100 young people from all over Australia and beyond! All attendees must be aged 14 or older by April 16th, before the camp. We highly recommend attending the full weekend for the most fulfilling experience. However, if you would only be able to attend for a day, please contact eastercamp@scyp.net for more information! If you need any assistance getting to and from the camp, let us know in your registration form.

Fees

The total fees for this camp are $350 for students and $375 for workers, which can be paid by credit card upon registration. If full payment is a challenge for you, please don’t hesitate to contact money@scyp.net, we’d love to find a way to help with payment plan options!

While priority will be given to onsite attendees, if capacity is available we will have a few day visitor spots available for $100/day. This covers all day visitor camp costs and lunch, dinners along with morning and afternoon teas. Please contact eastercamp@scyp.net for more information.

1. Numbers are limited and registration closes on Saturday 5 April 2025 or until sold out - so it's first in best dressed!

2. All payments are made by credit card when you register from this site.

3. To lock in a spot, click the Register Now button on this page. You can register multiple attendees all at once. The first section includes questions for the 'buyer', followed by some separate questions for each attendee. (If you registering for yourself, you will be both the buyer and the attendee so you may need to repeat a couple of questions like name & mobile)

4. A welcome Supper will be provided on Thursday evening, however you will need to make your own arrangements for dinner that evening.
